Rupert Detheridge is a Chartered Surveyor, with over 20 years’ experience gained primarily in the development and regeneration sectors. Rupert entered the property world after qualifying in 1999 with an MSc in Land Management from Reading University.

 

He founded Falque Land & Property in 2021.

Rupert has worked for National Surveying Practices (CBRE, Bruton Knowles, Lambert Smith Hampton) and the Public Sector, and is known for his skills in viability and land agency

Additionally, Rupert has a thorough understanding of the development process and market, valuation and Commercial Property. He provides wide ranging reliable advice, often regarding complex instructions which require significant strategic thinking.

He has a strong knowledge of the Midlands Property market, and numerous contacts

Prior to becoming a Chartered Surveyor Rupert was a Professional Archaeologist, having obtained a BA in Archaeology from Cardiff University and a MA in Archaeological Practice from the University of Birmingham. He worked extensively in England and Wales and was fortunate to work archaeologist in Ireland, Bahrain and Sudan.

Rupert is a personable professional, who is determined and a strategic thinker.
