Rupert is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with twenty plus years post qualification experience in consultancy, agency and regeneration.​ A pro-active and skilled negotiator, Rupert is passionate about unlocking land value and achieving excellent outcomes for his clients.

​Prior to becoming a Chartered Surveyor Rupert was a Professional Archaeologist. Having completed an MSc in Land Management he obtained strong experience in agency, valuation and Landlord & Tenant work.

​

His experience includes working for Midlands based National Surveying Practices (CBRE, Bruton Knowles, Lambert Smith Hampton) and the public sector.

Rupert's broad experience enables him to make informed decisions and deliver measurable results. He works in partnership with all parties involved on a project to help overcome any obstacles and achieve the right result.

 

His thorough understanding of the development process benefits his clients and helps them navigate the complexities of land and development. Over the years Rupert has acquired a reputation for being an approachable and knowledgeable professional .

Away from work Rupert enjoys spending time with his two children, as well as fly fishing, rock climbing and walking.
