Land

Land Disposal

Throughout my surveying career I have successfully sold numerous parcels of development land, a significant proportion of which had the benefit of planning consent for residential development.

Consequently, experienced in working with landowners, to bring land and development opportunities to the market. I have a strong market knowledge and an excellent database of contacts.

Additionally, I have experience in asset management prior marketing to optimise the end capital receipt and expediate a disposal. This has included for example negotiating third party land ownerships, resolving planning conditions, quantifying ground conditions and identifying potential site abnormals.


Strategic Land
Experienced in advising and representing landowners in the promotion of greenfield sites, sourcing land promoters and successfully negotiating option and promotion agreements. This includes ‘price negotiation’, once an option has been exercised and a ‘price notice’ served.

My experience here is not limited to residential land, as I have represented landowners concerning ‘Development Agreements’ for the promotion of future employment land. Such agreements have a significant level of complexity.

Consequently, I welcome enquiries from landowners who consider their land has potential or have been approached by land promoters or developers. Happy to provide initial advice and a marketing strategy if appropriate.
