Throughout my surveying career I have successfully sold numerous parcels of development land, a significant proportion of which had the benefit of planning consent for residential development.

Strategic Land

Experienced in advising and representing landowners in the promotion of greenfield sites, sourcing land promoters and successfully negotiating option and promotion agreements. This includes ‘price negotiation’, once an option has been exercised and a ‘price notice’ served.

Provision of detailed strategic advice to Local Authorities, and the implementation of agreed actions

I provide advice to Local Authorities and Public Bodies regarding the purchase of land and Property.

I have provided investment, acquisition and strategic advice for ‘Employment Land’, especially to Local Authorities.

Financial Viability Assessments
Preparing ‘Financial Viability Assessments’ (FVAs) on behalf of clients to negotiate both affordable housing and S106 Contributions is a key area of my work. In this capacity I achieve excellent outcomes for my clients.

Expert Witness

I have successfully acted as an ‘Expert Witness’ at Planning Inquiry and at Planning Hearing.
