2023 has started well for Falque L&P, with a number of great instructions and finally some success in acquiring strategic land for residential land promotion.
In terms of viability this has included being instructed on a 143 unit apartment scheme in Digbeth for Gemini Property Group, a 95 unit BTR
scheme in Coventry for MCR, a 18 unit high value apartment scheme in Northwood Middlesex and the assessment of c.50 potential residential units spread across sites within a prominent heritage asset in Worcester.
My landowner representation work has increased and soon I hope to be in a position to undertake land disposals, once I have my approach fully organised
