'Year 4' Falque Land & Property

As I near the end of Falque Land & Property's fourth year, its good to reflect on how the business has progressed since 2021.

My initial instructions were very much based upon consultancy, namely Viability and Change of Use, achieving a high level of success regarding high density urban schemes.  My work is now much more varied as hoped, with increased Land work alongside Viability instructions.

This Land work includes securing Strategic Land for Promotion, Landowner Representation, Marketing of Strategic Land and Land Trading. I am confident that this part of my business will continue to grow.

In terms of Viability, to date instructions have covered some 2,750 units, excluding enabling Viability instructions.
