Planning Success - Pershore, Worcestershire

Recently planning permission was granted for land over which I secured an option in 2023 for Touch Developments. The site extends to 11.5 acres, and Touch worked with Lioncourt Homes to achieve outline consent for 105 units at a Wychavon DC planning committee in June 2025. Both parties are now working to achieve a ‘reserved matters’ consent in the autumn.
