Great to work with Leonard Design on the planning application to redevelop the former 'Ivy Club' on Coventry Road, Sheldon, Birmingham. The proposed scheme comprised 50 apartments and a ground floor commercial unit. To support the planning application I prepared a 'Financial Viability Assessment' (FVA) to negotiate requirements for affordable housing and potential S.106 contributions. Planning consent was granted in October 2022 and my involvement resulted in negotiating down the affordable housing requirement down to 8% (4 units), ensuring that the scheme was viable to now come forward.
