It was a busy year and here are the headlines...
• Viability instructions totalling 990 residential units
• Advising landowners on strategic land agreements
• Bid support for Housebuilders
• Over 80 strategic sites assessed
All of the above interspersed with many miles walked, several rivers fished and the odd rock climb. Thanks to my clients and all who’ve contributed to make it a successful 12 months.
