Redevelopment of the former Sunbeam Factory in Wolverhampton

Pleased to have provided Viability support for a successful planning application by Paragon Living Space. The application was for redevelopment of the former Sunbeam Factory in Wolverhampton to a high specification BTR scheme. My involvement resulted in zero affordable housing and zero S106 Contributions.
