Another absorbing Viability instruction, this time for Mohsin Cooper who have submitted a detailed planning application for an attractive new apartment scheme in Northwood, Hillingdon.
The leafy plot is situated opposite NATO’s Allied Maritime Command base and close to Northwood’s town centre.
The site is a detached house positioned in generous and heavily-enclosed grounds. It’s a proposal with a long pre-application history and Mohsin Cooper have worked hard to address issues raise by the local planning authority.
After a thorough pre-application process, Mohsin Cooper had to refine their plans for the development. The end result is a proposed built form that is bigger than the existing, optimising the site’s development potential, all while still delivering a sensitive scheme in keeping with its context.
