Another successful Viability instruction concluded this year for MCR Property Group in conjunction with Pegasus Group Planning.
The Planning Application put forward was to convert Sutherland House, a five storey office block on Matlock Road, Coventry into 102 high specification rental apartments. Originally the office block was purpose built for Courtaulds in the 1930s.
The Planning Application was supported by the submission and negotiation of a Viability assessment, achieving a good result which allowed this scheme to move forward.
