Falque L&P worked alongside Simply Planning to provide Viability support for this Planning Application at Transport House, West Bromwich. The subject application sought to create an additional two floors of residential accommodation, building upon consent achieved previously to convert the former office building to residential under PDR rights. Such a viability is instruction is difficult from the perspective of establishing a correct 'Benchmark Land Value'.
